How do I export my inventory to Whatnot?
Add items in ShelfSnap, then tap "Export" to generate a Whatnot-ready CSV. Upload the CSV directly to your Whatnot seller dashboard.
What's the difference between free and Pro?
Free accounts can hold up to 50 active listings (10 per batch) and run 2 CSV exports per month (up to 15 items each). Pro ($9.99/month or $107.99/year) unlocks unlimited exports, up to 8 photos per item, and advanced inventory features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ShelfSnap, then Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can I use ShelfSnap on iPad?
ShelfSnap is optimized for iPhone. iPad users can install via the App Store, but the experience is designed for mobile-first inventory capture.
How do I request a refund?
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any ShelfSnap purchase.
Is my data secure?
Yes. ShelfSnap uses industry-standard encryption. Your inventory data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
How do I delete my account?
