- How do I export my inventory to Whatnot?
- Add items in ShelfSnap, then tap "Export" to generate a Whatnot-ready CSV. Upload the CSV directly to your Whatnot seller dashboard.
- What's the difference between free and Pro?
- Free accounts can hold up to 50 active listings (10 per batch) and run 2 CSV exports per month (up to 15 items each). Pro ($9.99/month or $107.99/year) unlocks unlimited exports, up to 8 photos per item, and advanced inventory features.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ShelfSnap, then Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.
- Can I use ShelfSnap on iPad?
- ShelfSnap is optimized for iPhone. iPad users can install via the App Store, but the experience is designed for mobile-first inventory capture.
- How do I request a refund?
- Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any ShelfSnap purchase.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. ShelfSnap uses industry-standard encryption. Your inventory data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
- How do I delete my account?
- Account deletion is coming in our next update. To request immediate deletion, email [email protected].
